I loved my prenatal fitness one-on-ones. I felt like I was doing something to keep my body and babies healthy.

I vowed to do things differently after I experienced severe back pain from carrying my monster baby around. So next time I started off getting in shape and strengthening my abs/arms with jamie both pre and post partum --so post delivery I'd be ready! And the result in not only am I in the best shape ever (seriously even before babies) post baby but also looking great!! Thank you Jamie!!!

Exercise has always kept me sane in my daily life as I find it to be the most effective release of emotional and physical tension and most efficient source of energy. During pregnancy exercise is ESpecially essential to as it helps me stay connected to my ever growing and expanding body. I find I'm able to be more comfortable with the growing pains by exercising smartly with Jamie (especially using the "hisses"!!) and I have more energy. Following pregnancy, certainly exercise, no matter how sleep deprived I am, boosts my spirits with the energy it gives me and the toning it provides in those much needed areas to get back (hopefully!) to the pre-baby-weight!

Pre natal class was great, I always had more energy afterwards. The best part was having my concerns addressed....those little pregnancy aches and pains I didn't understand...the instructors made it easy to work through and assured me everything was fine and normal.

Postnatal class is awesome...taking care of me and having my baby with me has made it one of the best exercise classes, I look forward to it every week.

I was in the worst shape of my life when I got pregnant the first time. Jamie's classes put me into a better mental and physical frame of mind. The prenatal classes gave me strength to confidently get through the pregnancy and really helped with pushing my baby out! Post partum, the interaction with other new moms was invaluable, and put me on track to improving my overall physical well being. After two babies, and Jamie's classes, I am now in much better shape than I was before! I can not stress how grateful I am for Jamie's program.
